Walking in the park, tennis with a friend. When I come back, I'm gathered and organized. 

For me, shifting my focus is not avoidance. Sometimes I'm letting the sorting happen. Letting the subconscious figure out which creative direction to go.

Sprinting to the results gets me somewhere I don't want to go and I have to start over.
